Just in case you are not sure how to do it, its the same as sending a text message but you press the + icon and add a photo or take a photo and add it. The options will be presented to you if you just tap on the buttons. If you are still unsure then just ask a friend or family member. Try to take photos which will show the damage as accurate as possible to ensure the quote is accurate. Once the photos have been reviewed you will be contacted by text or phone call depending if I need to clarify something to confirm the work to be done and the price. If the damage is worse than the photos show then Fix A Car Scratch reserves the right to adjust the price before commencing the work.  This will be an up front process and the price will be agreed upon before any work is commenced. In the case that any old repairs are uncovered complicating the repair process you will be informed as soon as it is discovered and shown the previous repair and informed how it may effect the price if at all. For example when there is some body filler which is discovered to be coming away from the body because of the latest bump or scrape this will require removal of the old repair and to be re-done. These are standard terms and conditions which any repairer will apply to work contracted to do.
